Alt-Enter scaling options not working on The Sims 1?

Ok, so not a fix. But apparently the game and UI scaling just doesn't work on 1080p resolution, but it does on 720p, 2K and 4K. https://simslegacyissues.blogspot.com/2025/01/some-reports-of-resolutions-not-scaling.html
