Can't travel to Studio Town

I have a sim that's pursuing becoming famous and already has it as a career, was previously able to call up a cab to drive to Studio Town without any issues. (Most likely) since the last patch, the option to drive to Studio Town no longer appears on any phone.

I've checked and the neighbourhood I've been playing still has Studio Town implemented, and my sim has the same career, but there's no way to get to Studio Town in order to further her career - not from the phone, tabloid, or any other source. 

Options to travel to Old Town, Downtown, Magic Town, and to Go on Vacation are still available.

Please fix!
