Everything is tiny on a 1920 x 1080 16:9 monitor

It's displayed incorrectly on my 1440p monitor too, So it's not just 1080p. Most, if not all the blue borders are completely gone! The grass isn't the right texture either at 1440p, and above. The UI, in my opinion needs to be updated for all resolutions.
