Game Doesnt Launch On Latest NVIDIA Driver

Sims: The Legacy Collection wont launch on driver 576.88 which means theres a regression in the driver or a Vulkan Incompatibility in the newer drivers which causes the game to not launch whatsoever ...

I have the same issue, I tired all solutions but it is not working, please fix :(
