Game for aspiring architects

I played Sims 2 Deluxe from the age of eight, when I got it as a Christmas present from my "cool" aunt & uncle.

But my favorite part of the game was actually building the houses.

EA did a great job with having different terrains, levels, angles, 2D/3D view, rooflines, scaling, leaving space etc. 

I would love it if EA launched a game where kids ( and adults) can use these building/planning houses that are not as complicated or expensive as the real software architects use.

Please EA, release an app ( hopefully free) where we can bring our housebuilding and landscaping dreams to reality.
