Game Still Crashing

My Sims Legacy is still crashing.  I have tried a number of things to remediate that have been mentioned here and on Reddit. I can provide a Diagnostic output via DMs if any EA staff are available...

I think so but I will triple check.  I've tried like 5-6 things so far.
