Graphical Bug on Neighbourhood View - Sims 1 LC

Hey, there appears to be a graphical bug on the neighbourhood view, going to another area like Studio Town sometimes fixes the issue, but not always, same with going into a lot and then exiting. I have an Nvidia GeForce GT 650M, which I have confirmed via the TechPowerUp GPU-Z tool that the card does indeed have Vulkan support.

If anyone else has this specific issue, please let me know! :)
