Importing Save Files still doesn't work and I have a lot of work on old save files. I followed the path on the newest update patch and when I drop files into "import" nothing happens. Maybe I'm dropping the wrong files in there? What do I need to do??
You don't import save files using the import folder. The import folder is for adding houses/families into your game.
You backup your game / save files by finding:
C:\Users\[your username]\Saved Games\Electronic Arts\The Sims 25
Copy The Sims 25 folder. That is your backup. Deleting that folder will wipe your save. Replacing that folder with your backup is how you load your save file.
