Missing Burglar....

Ive not seen that burglar yet hear the music and the tone but alas no burglar to show.

little screen flashes up in the right hand corner but burglar is a no show. i think I saw that this was /is a glitch or bug? another thing after the update for 1 and 2 , 1 is freezing up more than normally. Any suggests would be great.
