questions regarding a slur in the sims 1 and 2

hello,

this post is more aimed at the actual sims team, but i want to confirm something as you have started reselling the sims 1 and 2 for modern devices.

In both of these games, they have the g word ( a word used against roma people). Has this been removed from the games before them being republished?

    Oh hello! So the mods I linked are both only for Sims 2. In sims 1 gypsy is referenced as the female shop keeper in magic town. AFAIK there’s no mod to change this for sims 1. But you could choose to avoid hovering over the NPC while visiting magic town.
