Screen resolution issue still persists even after latest update.

I'm running on a 1920 x 1080p monitor and it's still not working for me. And Alt + Enter is still not rescaling the UI, all it's doing for me is toggling windowed mode. I'm baffled by how EA still hasn't managed to fix this issue.
