I asked if there was like a formula, like stuff we had to write down in order to make a proper bug report in order to be heard because I got upset in a post. I politely asked a community manager to explain how we should report bugs in order to feel better about this debacle. Because I'm not sure what else to do at this point. But giving up is not an option because wasting $40 after reading about so many issues is literally something I cannot afford to do. So off I go to Twitter/X to ask EAHelp what we're supposed to do about bug reports, because I was told to use the proper channels so I'm going to try that so I don't get my post removed. I'm just super confused about using the forums for bug reporting. No, I am not commenting on moderation, I'm just letting people know the steps that I will take to support the community.
