Yosifo_97I take it you don’t have Vulkan on your computer either?

Same here.
In their notes, one of the tips to help is this:
Users that have experienced problems with getting an error indicating a lack of Vulkan compatible devices have reported that in some cases removing "OpenCL™, OpenGL®, and Vulkan® Compatibility Pack" can resolve the issue.
I can't locate any of those things on my computer though? Need more direction.

I am still getting the Vulkan error after the February 6th update.

I am also still having this issue after the update. I do not have the compatibility pack installed and the game goes to a black screen for a couple seconds and then just crashes and takes me back to the EA App. I get no error message at all.
