Sims 1 getting low FPS after more sims coming to lot

I have Low FPS issue after I start playing Newbie lot but now I realized about when I moving screen away from sim FPS get higher and smooth. Then I moving screen back to sims it's start lagging again...

Honestly we shouldn't have to go through doing stuff like this since we were promised a fixed game, I hope this is going to actually get fixed and not sat on

Unfortunatly it's become lag and got 14 FPS again for no reason after I come back to game to recheck. I try to re-install and try another method like forced resolution in launch option it's ain't work.

This is weird about why dgVoodooCpl are work in first time but now it's broken.
