Sims 1 Legacy - Bad UI scaling on 4K/high DPI screen

I have a 3840x2160 (4K) screen. When I launch Sims 1 Legacy Collection (Windows 11, Steam) the UI is oversized and pixelated, as if it were set to 800x600. Only when I manually set Windows to 1920x1...

I should also clarify that in this issue I’m not talking about the Alt + Enter “scaling” which toggles through windowed view sizes. I’m talking specifically about the size of the UI itself in the game window, viewed in full screen.
