As the title says, relationship panel shows max 5 Sims and there is no arrow to scroll and show other relationships. Probably relevant that this happens on 1440p screen.

The Feb 10th build that released just now seems to have fixed the issue for me, but I’ll test with more Sims too. :)
Same issues here: tiny UI, only 5 sims in relationship panel and random crashes to desktop.

Sadly, still no update in today’s patch notes, but hopefully it’s still being investigated! 🤞
I noticed there was a patch today, and it wasn't fixed and the patch notes didn't mention it was being looked into, but it did say just because it wasn't mentioned that doesn't mean it isn't being looked into. Hopefully it gets fixed very soon! Something as critical as this shouldn't even be an issue.
This is really annoying for all careers and especially superstar. Sometimes I at least get the popup to say who I’ve lost as a family friend, but I can see I’ve lost 2-3 friends at the same time and have to invite round random sims from each of my sims’ phone contact lists (outside of their work hours!) to work out who they are. With the wider screen resolution it seems it should be possible for more than 5 to show up (similarly to build/buy modes) but the scroll button is missing as well.
The issue is on both 1920x1080 (my native monitor resolution, which has tiny UI and can’t zoom in all the way) and 1280x720.
edit: I noticed one of the content creators on the 25hr live stream had the scroll arrow present (even though he did have the tiny UI). I wonder if this means a patch is imminent or there’s some combination of settings which causes this issue. I don’t want to use the mod which disables friendship decay because that removes the challenge but may have to temporarily unless this is fixed.
I can't get past 7 or 8 either. I've written down the people I'm using as friends and I call them immediately when I get the popups that friendship is fading but I still can't actually get to what I need. It's impossible without being able to scroll through all relationships 😥
I'm in the exact same position. I need 9 friends for the medical career. But 7 has been my max. I keep losing friends within 2 days or something.
I have the same problem plus my long term relationships aren’t increasing over time.
Unfortunately this wasn't fixed in the update from today. Hopefully this one will be addressed in a later patch. I need 9 family friends to be promoted right now and this bug is making it so frustrating and impossible 😭
