Sims 1 Legacy Bundle - Houses invisible

Hi puzzlezaddict, I figured it out with your help on the other thread: The Sims Legacy Houses Invisible, Graphics Driver Update Error | EA Forums - 11866504

I got the same graphic driver update error, but then I followed the instructions on the site you recommended (How to Fix Intel® Graphics Driver Installer Exit Code 1) and selected the "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter" as graphics driver. I then could successfully install the " Intel® Graphics Driver 31.0.101.2134 for 7th-10th Gen Intel® Core™ Processor Graphics" and now it's working just fine! I can see houses, furniture and sims, love it!

B_25_cky  Please don't try to install a driver I linked for someone else.  Instead, provide a dxdiag, as requested.  Clicking Windows key-R opens the run box, as in, you can tell your computer to run the program you type in without having to find where that program is installed.  The dxdiag program is part of Windows, and running it is not a security threat, nor is sharing one.

You don't need to run the dxdiag with the game open, and doing so wouldn't change the info it gathers.

It's actually the same driver, just a different download page because your laptop has a different processor.  Run it as an admin as described above.

I then successfully installed the driver you mentioned and now it's working just fine! I can see houses, furniture and sims, love it!
