claudiasrs Some of the crashes in your dxdiag are from the Intel graphics control software, and the Sims 1 crashes look like software conflicts (although this type of crash has other causes too). So I'd suggest a clean boot and a clean uninstall and reinstall of your graphics driver. You can do these in either order. Clean boot instructions are a bit further up the thread:

Here's how to clean-uninstall and reinstall the driver:

Please use a fresh copy of the Intel driver installer:

PaetorRob12 I'm not sure what Click.exe is, but you should simply launch the game through one of the launchers. If that doesn't help, please try my suggestion here:

Dani1749 Familie_Touw Please try the suggestion in the link immediately above as well.
pandzia68 Try moving the "The Sims 25" folder out of here:
C:\Users\your username\Saved Games\Electronic Arts
Doing so should remove all your save data, but you can restore some of it later if you want. Each UserData folder corresponds to the neighborhood with the same number. But for now, just see whether the game works with none of your old data.
If it doesn't, I'd suggest the clean boot to you as well, as above.
To anyone else, I'm happy to look at a dxdiag if you provide one. Please also describe the context of the crashes: what you or your sims were doing, whether this happens every time, etc.
