Sims 1 names randomly changing

For some reason pets are all called Luna and neighbourhood called Randy!  I’ve washed the same dog 6 times trying to get to my other one! 😂

Are you using someones save file from another country? Or did you switch languages after installing? We know it's one or the other.

I changed my language from English (United States) to English (United Kingdom) Could that cause the same issue as above?

    Yes! Reinstall and pick your language before first launch.
