ItsAdam92 You're looking in the wrong location. This folder isn't part of the game's program files, it's where the game stores save data. But if you haven't been able to load the game, the folder probably won't exist yet (depending on how far you get).
AstroLizard907 Please look in the listed location, because it has to exist if you've successfully loaded the game once.
For both of you, try searching in Windows, or if you get nothing, download Everything, from VoidTools, which is a better search tool, and enter Sims 25 in the search field.
