The game gets paused when i move the mouse

Also having a similar problem since the March 14 update. The screen freezes when the mouse cursor is in motion, however the game continues to simulate in the background. When you stop moving the mouse, everything is fine and the framerate is smooth. The glitch can be fixed temporarily by zooming in or out, but if you click [to open up the interaction wheel] or hover over any menus, the problem with freezing resumes. Currently, it is not possible to play the game in Live mode with this issue. Build/Buy are not affected, framerate freezes occur only when the simulation is running.

I have attempted to repair, uninstall and clean out the game files. None of these solutions have managed to fix this issue.
