This a thread to try to convince Ea to re-release the Sims 1, and Sims 2. Here post why would you like them to re-release the games. Make videos and written posts. Maybe if we can get enough people it could become a reality. :)

I'd like to see them re-lease them simply because I miss them. I used to own all of TS1 and all the expansions for TS2 (no stuff packs) but I lost them all over the years during various home moves. I would gladly pay to have them on Origin or some other site if they needed just to have them convenient to download and work with Win10 so I don't have to mess around with it. I missed out on the TS2 UC when it was up because I was focused on a job change and another move. Please!

SignedI never had the chance to play TS1. I gotta try out the game where it all started! I couldn't imagine it being very difficult to get it going through origin.

Y'all, an HD remake of TS2 would quite possibly be (hyperbole incoming, brace yourselves) THE BEST THING THAT COULD EVER HAPPEN IN THE HISTORY OF MANKIND, Signed!

Signed. Some people are even having trouble running Sims 2 ultimate collection now due to changes to Windows 10. If EA doesn't want to support Sims 1 or Sims 2, please release them to GOG games! Without the DRM (like SecureROM), most GOG games still work great on modern computers.

The Sims 2 was my favorite of the Sims series. I miss them. I could not play the games anymore on my newer computer. I used to have Windows 95 back in the day lol.

Signed I’m down 100% it’s so hard finding a computer with a dvd rom , i own 98% of the sims 2 games but not sims one but i can’t play them because no computer i have had a DVD’s rom . DEFINITELY SOMETHING YALL SHOULD DO !
