The Sims 1 All Neighborhood music not working.

Hello, I've been playing The Sims Legacy collection, and the neighborhood music is not playing at all nor is the vacation, downtown and superstar etc is not playing when going to each in the Neighbor...

I'm not comfortable editing the registry. Is there another way to change the game language or fix this issue safely?
