The Sims 1 All Neighborhood music not working.

Hello, I've been playing The Sims Legacy collection, and the neighborhood music is not playing at all nor is the vacation, downtown and superstar etc is not playing when going to each in the Neighbor...

Could be a regional difference issue. I checked Youtube players have their music working on neighborhood screen. Mine all of the menus in the neighborhood screen music are unfunctional. Tried reinstalling the game no use same issue. I believe my region KSA has this issue, while other players from US etc theirs is working, but not my region. Would really really wish this issue be fixed. 😥
