The Sims 1 Houses or lot won't show
I've purchased The Sims 1 on EA and I'm having trouble seeing the houses, nothing won't load when you click on the lot. Is there a way to fix this or speak with customer service with EA?

shaebae2435 Please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
Here is my PC info, if this does not work how can i get a refund ?

The driver for your graphics chip is quite old and the likely cause of this issue. Please install the newest driver available from Intel, dated December 19:
Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart after installing the driver and before trying to play.
