That's how the sims was! It was immensely more difficult than newer games are today and was meant to be a challenge. You can probably find mods if you don't enjoy how fast their motives go down but that is how the first sims game was made!
There are also tips and bugs online to get your sims motives up to full like using the move_objects on cheat, you can delete your sim in buy mode, then click on their icon in live mode and they'll reappear with their motives full. Make sure you save beforehand or you'll lose any skills earned since your last save. I've heard of people having issues but many have used that cheat all the time when they played and never had a problem.
I know all of this , but i really don't want to do these things because when i did (the move_objects cheat ) the game crashed immediately....
They can change the difficulty a little bit to make it playable because this cause me a headache when i think about it

I'm sorry about that! A lot of players are having a lot of crashing issues as well, I personally had my game crash so quick too. Not sure if EA will try to resolve these crashes but hopefully! As to the needs decaying very fast I doubt they will change the difficulty but you could always try to find tricks in the game to get yours sims mood up. For example, you could test out some cheats in the game like "motivedecay off" or "slowmotion 8"! These are from way back in the day so I'm not sure if they still work, keep me posted!
