Let the same traits appear repeatedly in different zodiac signs, which I don't think it's a good idea. Conversely, "Loves to Swim" isn't exclusive to Pisces either, obviously.
I think it's better to use the most representative trait of each period to describe it uniquely. Moreover, everyone hasn't only a sun sign, but also a moon sign and so on, so in order to describe a Sim more accurately, we can't just use the sun sign.
