Unable to import a family

Hello! so here is the thing :

I was playing with my own family in neihgborhood number 2. then I saved the userdata 2 because I needed to re-install the game (I used the folder from user/electonics arts/sims 25 etc etc.....) When I reinstalled the game and place that userdata2 folder in my game... nothing happened, it was the same vanilla neigborhood as always (Of course I switched to neighborhood 2) So I tried to import that family but that folder is empty... So idk what to do!
