Will the game run if I add a Sims2 Ultimate Collection save to Sims2 Legacy?
Happy to say my save from Ultimate Collection is working fine, that’s 2 years of a game I’ve been playing on rotation so very happy.
just remember to rename your save The Sims 2 Legacy :)

We’re glad to hear that you and many longtime Simmers have old save files to play. The file save formats from previous releases of The Sims and The Sims 2 remain compatible with this release. However, the location they are stored has changed. Each computer may have a different save folder structure, so please check what yours is to move any save files across.
One thing to remember though is that IKEA stuff pack is missing from the Legacy edition. Due to this, if you have any IKEA furniture used in your UC saves, remember that these will be gone once you load the lots containing these.
