Are mods/CC working for TS2 Legacy?

I tried to install just a couple mods to test whether they would work, and they aren’t loading. Hey are in the correct location (documents>ea games>ts2 legacy> downloads). I’ve looked around and seen...

Be sure that your Downloads folder is spelled this way, with a capital D.
