Auto Roof Problems

Since the legacy game launched I have only had 2 issues. One you have already fixed (sims getting deleted) But the other has not been. Every time I hit auto roofing it deletes whatever roof I have and just leaves a flat surface. I would really like this feature to work or at least NOT delete the roof I have. This is on windows 10. EA launcher. No mods
