Prolonged aging of retirees
While installing and removing various age-related modifications, retirees keep having their age unnaturally increased, even though from a technical point of view they should already be dead.

Elder ages can vary, based on their life experiences, but it should not actually be increased unless you have them drinking the elixer of life. Did you remove all age related mods to see if they went back to normal? Delete cache?
My only other suggestion is get the Simlogical heirloom cake. As well as just being handy for when you want to age a Sim up, it has an option for elders to die.
