Autonomy mods?

Hello,i have the sims 2 ultimate collection and was wondering if there is a mod that disables ahtonomy for selected sim or pet? Similar to sims 3 and 4?

You may want to check out Insimenator at MTS. I don't currently have it in my game so I'm not familiar with all the features.
