Blurry game since patch 6

Hi everyone,

I have mentionned this issue as a response in several posts about edge scrolling issue, but to give it more visibility, I'm creating a separate post because it's not mentioned anywhere else.

Since last update, I have the edge scrolling problem due to mandatory borderless windowed mode, but I have something else which is at least as frustrating :

The game is now slightly blurry, which decreases the overall visuals. It's obvious to me that this is also due to the borderless windowed mode, which prevents the screen from maintaining an adequate refresh rate.

I'm playing in 4K and my monitor has a 60Hz refresh rate, and the game's native option is now grayed out, even when switching to windowed mode with Alt+Enter. I tried forcing a 60Hz refresh rate with third-party software, but nothing really worked.

Any idea to get back the same graphic quality than before the update...? Hoping EA will eventually realize their mistake.
