Unable to access save Data

So, I recently splurged on a new PC, and I am unable to access the current save data on the new PC; originally, I thought it was a linkage issue, but it brings up game data from two years ago. On the dashboard it shows that I am playing on my old PC, which I am, but it's a bit frustrating to not be able to use the new one. I have tried the contact us link on EA page and I wound up in a loop with the useless AI Beta that answered no questions. 

Anyone have some suggestions on how to solve this issue, or can you point me in the right direction?
