Can Only Greet Other Sims on Community Lot - Sims 2 Legacy

I have one sim in my game that cannot socialize with anyone on community lots. They can greet sims but then they glitch and turn around.

    Hey! Can you enable testingcheats and then upload the ObjectError text file that gets generated in The Sims 2 Legacy/Logs/?
