CAS UI is still low resolution

I'm playing The Sims 2 Legacy Collection at 1920x1080 and I noticed that the UI in CAS is low-res and a bit blurry. It wasn't the case in the Ultimate Collection. While it may not be as clearly visible in the screenshot, I can guarantee that it can be seen in game, especially compared to the Ultimate Collection. That being said, the UI in live mode/build mode and in the neighborhood view isn't low-res, it's only that way in CAS.

My previous bug report was archived due to the issue being fixed in patch #6, but sadly it wasn't actually fixed. Moreover, my bug report referred to the standard 1920x1080 aspect ratio, and not extreme aspect ratios (ultra-wide displays) as the fix description suggests. Anyway, since we were asked to create a new post in case the problem persists, I'm happily doing so and I hope the CAS UI gets revisited.
