Curious Household is bugged.

I have been playing Pleasantview and only recently went to Strangetown. At first all seemed fine until

I moved Nervous Subject in with the Curious family to rescue him from the Beakers (always do) and all seemed ok until  he found his own place and went to move out and  suddenly there was a clone of him acting independently and I could move Nervous out with Nervous apparently ( he replaced Lazlo in the mover although Pascal,  Lazlo and Vidcund  were all still in the house too) anyway moved Nervous out with Pascal and played their house hold awhile, went back with some trepidation to check the Curious Household was still functional, and all back to normal, just Lazlo and Vidcund again.

Playing as them Vidcund has wants that appear blank sometimes (only Vidcund strangely) and I got them two pets that after a few days just vanished (didn't runaway their portraits, memories of them etc just gone like they never existed) . The disappearing pets and blank wants  so far I've only seen with that household. 

I have tried evicting them and moving them back in and adopted another two pets which havent vanished again yet but only played a few game days. Blank wants for Vidcund are still a thing though. 

Visual only bugs which do not hurt the gameplay is that the Alien cut scene is broken which I think is a known bug anyway ,  and for some activities the plumbob clips through the sims head, or through the skill meter,
