Guys, I found a solution. After I updated game with new patch at first new patch didn't work for me and my Sims disappeared. But someone said that new patch works on "new save", which unfortunately means you should restart your whole neighbourhood or even reinstall game. I uninstalled and reinstalled my game, everything works fine. Unfortunately you gonna loose your whole progress... Idk if you want to try it, for me that worked fine.
I am going to try this, uninstall and reinstall. Thought I was safe using a new neighborhood after the update because everything seemed great for 2 days. I go to the neighborhood to move another person in with my sim, my sim is now missing from his college dorm :(
