Guys, I found a solution. After I updated game with new patch at first new patch didn't work for me and my Sims disappeared. But someone said that new patch works on "new save", which unfortunately means you should restart your whole neighbourhood or even reinstall game. I uninstalled and reinstalled my game, everything works fine. Unfortunately you gonna loose your whole progress... Idk if you want to try it, for me that worked fine.
This has also worked for me, I uninstalled after the patch, eliminated my saves and re-installed. I did exactly the same as with my old save (sim + pet, moving around from community lots and home) and UP TO NOW nothing has happened, no one dissapeared. Also now I can teach my pet to not scratch furniture, which before it was not working.
