victoriaFF1884 Have you launched the game at least once before looking for your Sims 2 user folder? It is created on the first launch. If you are unable to find it, open Command Prompt and paste this command, then press Enter:
reg query "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders" /v "Personal"
This should tell you the path to your Documents folder, where you should find EA Games\The Sims 2 Legacy\ folder.

Morning and thank you for the reply and help. I have played it since the game was available, but it just doesn't create anything. 🤷♀️ I'll give your suggestion a try and see how that goes.👍
Edit to add. When I put the reg query in and hit return it does nothing. Ok now it says the system cannot find the path specified.

Darn, I was planning on installing mods myself after I moved my entire game onto my secondary internal drive. The process was more straightforward on Sims 4.

EA should relay have included body shop. It was so much better to install custom content.🤷♀️
