- Seera10248 years agoSeasoned AceI believe it should automatically delete itself. Give it a few Sim days.
- Seera10248 years agoSeasoned AceIf not and it's child homework, then that's a wonderful piece of homework to teach a kid to study before they even to go school for the first day.
- riennatelemnar8 years agoSeasoned AceIt’s been 1 sim day so I’ll be patient. All kids have grown up in this household for now. Next generation will eventually come along. Thanks for the tips!
Update: the homework never went away. But I forgot that the sim’s brother wasn’t a teen yet and it was high school homework. Guess he gets to do double homework this weekend! "Rhiannon58;c-16184322" wrote:

Lol or you can open up the cheat menu and put moveObjects on (just like that, with a capital O ) then pick it up and hit your delete button. :)
edit lolz! Then once you delete it open the menu again and put moveObjects off
You don't want to leave it on you will be totally confused why you can stick things inside each other. :joy:- Anmirla8 years agoSeasoned AceYou don't need to use capitals for the cheats. The reason they capitalized letters was so that you could read the words in the cheat. ;)
- Alternately use the sledgehammer tool in build mode.
Or, of you want to see something really cute, let a cat or dog ravage the homework. That last bit happens only rarely, though. - riennatelemnar8 years agoSeasoned AceI’m not comfortable with using cheats. So her brother did the homework and problem solved. I’ll be more careful with sims heading off to college and not finishing their homework!
- EgonVM8 years agoSeasoned AceWhat I have seen:
The homework should disappear by itself when teen becomes either an adult or a young adult. - riennatelemnar8 years agoSeasoned AceAh. That’s why. I sent my teen off to college but haven’t actually opened up University yet. One more family in the rotation to get one off to college and I’ll have enough to start rotating them through. Thanks for the tip!

Yes, that was the problem. Teen becomes a young adult once you move them into a lot. Having them leave for college and not move them in make them stay as teens, letting the game know that it can keep their homework. Otherwise, it is a secret to forever youth...
Anyway, you welcome and have fun!
