Has anyone used them and could you please list how to use them and if you experienced any problems? what are the pros and cons and what did they inspire you to do in the game to extend your Sims' lots...

I think I have seen a few others but they weren't over at MTS. But yes, that would be the most popular I've heard about. Tell me what you did with it if you want to. How did it change your building opportunites and gameplay? Can you use it to extend beside or across from the lot?
