Do you let 'Wants' & 'Fears' dictate your gameplay?

Sometimes, depends on the Sim and what I want to do with them. If I have a Sim who is very ambitious in terms of succeeding in their career and spending money with the Fortune aspiration I tend to abide by their wants and fears because I want all my Sims to be successful. On the other hand, if I have a Sim who has a husband and 4 kids with the Romance aspiration, their wants tend to be "woohoo with 3 different Sims!" and I would usually ignore those.
