I have the same problem, I have the fatal error every time when the first loading screen appear so I can't play at all. The game was working fine when I launch it yesterday and I don't change anything since.
I've tried to quit and restart ea app, repair the game, uninstall and reinstall, even add it on the exclude list from possible threats on antivirus. I also tried to add -w ont the advanced boot options (a solution for the dx 9 error and I'm on dx 12 but I'm desperate 😅).
I don't have any more ideas, I've reported the issue through the ea error reporter on ea app (the 3 lines icon on the top left corner -> help -> ea error reporter), hope they will help soon...
