First-born syndrome fix?

An issue that has plagued The Sims 2 since its inception is 'first-born syndrome'. This issue basically means that the first child born in each game session will be identical to the couple's first-born child. More info is here https://sims.fandom.com/wiki/First-Born_Syndrome

Would be nice if this is something that could be fixed.
