Game Won’t Launch Since Update

Hi since the update I can’t even launch my game at all, I keep getting a white little square blank box that say sims 2 in the middle of my screen. Yes driver is up to date no don’t have mods or cc in. I uninstalled and reinstalled already as well and still getting the same box.
