@AJC20178 You can, IF you have and know how to use SimPE, the Simlogical teleporter, and the ffs lot debugger. I've recovered all of my Sim ancestor's tombstones.
If you check here and see this answer, and want to try it, I'd be happy to walk you though the steps. I'm pretty sure there are also tutorials out there, since I learned how from somewhere years ago.
