Great program recommended to me to find issues with CC/Mods

Found this program recommended to me and wanted to test it out to see if it could find any issues with my Downloads folder to why Sims2 Legacy COULD be crashing as I haven't added anything in over a month, it actually picked up DOUBLE versions of three different mods, no idea how that happened as I normally double check IF i HAVE A MOD or not. Now I have cleaned out the errors it found I will test it to see if it still crashes after 20 minutes.
