How can I fix BLANK ERROR WINDOW ?
When launching the game, a pop-up window appears, but it contains no information. If I click "YES," I can play normally but the game won't save and if I click "NO" the game doesn't work at all.

Thanks for that info, could you tell me how much free space you have on each of your hard drives?

I tried moving the game to an external hard drive, but I'm still encountering the same error. There is 140GB of free space on Drive C and 640GB on the external HDD. After moving the game to another drive, I noticed that only Verona Ville, Strange town, and Pleasant view save properly. The other three towns do not save at all when I play them.
